£21.60 per person (inc. VAT). Book Day Passes for your group and we’ll allocate the right space — The Knights Tale for up to 10, The Chapter House for up to 4, or a phone pod for private calls. All-day refreshments included: breakfast, Lavazza coffee, premium teas and soft drinks. Fibre optic internet, plug-and-play A/V, and ergonomic furniture all come as standard.
£35 + VAT per person (up to 8 people). Everything in the room-only option, plus a handmade cold lunch by The Sandwich Bar, Canterbury. Each guest receives a freshly made sandwich, crisps, cake, and all-day refreshments. A proper working lunch without the fuss.
£45 + VAT per person (up to 8 people). Your morning session at The Quarter, then walk two minutes to The Ivy Canterbury for a two-course sit-down lunch from their Heritage Menu. Teas and coffees included. A premium meeting experience that no other venue in Canterbury can match.

For larger meetings, away days, and events, we partner with The Ivy Canterbury to offer The Becket Room — their private event space, configured in boardroom (up to 20) or theatre (up to 35) layout. Heritage Menu buffet lunch included, catered by The Ivy. Booked and managed through The Quarter.
